Death Notifications are conducted for families when a death occurs at
home or on the highway. It
has been a practice to use law enforcement agencies to deliver
death messages as a result of an accident, injury, or illness.
The notification of death itself is
just the beginning for helping people cope with the loss of a loved
one. While law enforcement
is both efficient and caring, their work limitations prevent them
from providing after care for a family.
We are the only organization that
delivers First Death
Notifications to families should a family member die away from
home. Our technique is the
military procedure of sending ministers to the family.
We use only ministers to deliver
these messages at this delicate time in the life of a family. They possess the expertise and
the training to adequately help a family cope with death. They
likewise have their church congregation to assist the family in the
long term after care that is required.
Our ministers diligently seek to
find the family even if they are not home by checking with
neighbors about possible work schedules and locations or family
plans not readily available.
imperative that people keep up to date information to avoid
unnecessary delays and confusion at this most critical time. Even if you know that your
records are right, we encourage confirmation their personal information
at least twice a year.
We are a ministry and it is our
endeavor to represent God in the most caring and sensitive manner
during this crucial time in the life of a family.
